Thank you for your sincere, honest integrity, in dealing with my daughters Ford Explorer. When children get away from home they are often victimized by fast talking con games. It is refreshing to note that the honest man is not extinct. 

Last week after dealing with painters who could not get the job done, air conditioner repairmen who did shoddy work, and a general contractor that was just plain crooked, I told wife I was going to take the time to write Charlie Beck's Garage a letter. We have been bringing our vehicles to you guys for over two years now. When we moved to Denton four years ago, one of the first things we started looking for was a reputable garage. We moved here from Oklahoma, where we had a garage that did top quality work, and at a fair price. Finding a garage that is fair and honest is, unfortunately, not an easy task. Finally we stumbled upon Charlie Beck's Garage. 

Between my wife and I we have had our vehicles to your place of business on about five occasions. Each and every time you garage did quality work at a fair price and most importantly, did not do unnecessary work. It is truly a comfort knowing that we can bring our vehicles to you and we will not be taken advantage of by unscrupulous business people. 

After a whole week of dealing with business people that don't have an idea what they are doing or are crooked, I felt that I just wanted to let you guys know that you are doing a great job. Please don't ever change your way of doing businessmen your work ethic and honesty is what sets you apart from a telephone book full of lesser garages.
